There are a number of ways you could lose items while playing, but we want to be clear about times where we cannot restore items.

🙅‍♂️ We will not restore items:

• Destroyed by fire, lava, or the void
• Picked up by mobs
• Lost while you were AFK
• Which have been generally “lost” or misplaced
